Ozcorp Scientific is a venture studio focused on turning messy client software requirements into shipped innovative solutions. We run it hands-on from Puerto Rico, converting objectives into contracts, product specs, partnerships, and working software. We tackle SaaS systems, data platforms, AI-assisted workflows, compliance orchestration, and commercialization support.
What We're Building Together
This partnership is about finding someone who can be the founder's technical and business counterpart. You'll work directly with the founder, no layers, no bureaucracy. We build trust by shipping together on live projects, then formalize as we prove the fit.
What We'll Tackle Together
- Requirements → Software: Convert client chaos into PRDs, wireframes, and delivery plans; select the right stack and ship SaaS features end-to-end.
- Contracts & Deals: Draft SOWs/MSAs with real corporate-law knowledge; negotiate vendor partnerships; structure deals that actually work.
- Platform Building: Stand up data platforms, integrations, automations; balance security, performance, and cost.
- Proposal Writing: Structure scope, milestones, budgets for agency submissions; tie everything to real product increments.
- Productization: Package our wins into reusable micro-services and templates; reduce cycle time on future work.
- Founder Partnership: Be the hands-on counterpart on heavy contractual workload, vendor coordination, and day-to-day execution.
What You Bring
- 7+ years shipping SaaS or enterprise web apps end-to-end, including the business side (contracts, vendor integrations).
- Strong product instincts: you can take ambiguous client asks and turn them into clear PRDs and delivery plans.
- Technical depth: TypeScript/Node, React/Next.js, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, auth/payments/integrations.
- Corporate-law literacy: you have drafted SOWs/MSAs, negotiated partner MOUs, handled IP assignments.
- Deal-making experience: you know how to structure partnerships and manage execution with measurable outcomes.
- Documentation skills: you write clear memos and create stakeholder-ready artifacts.
- Puerto Rico commitment: you are willing to establish residency and maintain ≥183 days/year physical presence.

How We Split Success
- Contract Revenue: You get a percentage of net margin on all service contracts you are involved with in which you materially deliver, paid when clients pay us.
- Portfolio Equity: Equity participation across Ozcorp ventures where you contribute materially (typically 1%–5% per venture, 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff).
- Outcome Bonuses: Additional rewards tied to successful proposals, major client wins, and venture milestones.
- No Base Salary: This is shared risk/reward; we succeed together or we do not succeed at all. All partnership terms subject to Puerto Rico requirements; residency is mandatory.
Our Tech Approach
- Front-End: React/Next.js with TypeScript; clean design systems; component testing.
- Back-End: Node/TypeScript; tRPC/REST/GraphQL; PostgreSQL; Supabase for early stage.
- Cloud: Azure/Google Cloud infrastructure-as-code; CI/CD and monitoring.
- Integrations: Auth (OAuth/SAML), billing (Stripe), email/telephony, partner APIs.
- Security: Role-based access, audit logs, secrets hygiene; proper headers and CSP.

- Quick Call: We sketch a client problem together and talk through trade-offs and acceptance criteria.
- Small Project: We try something real on a live engagement, clear scope, quick ship, measurable impact.
- Build Trust: If it clicks, we expand scope, add contracts, and start sharing outcomes.
- Formalize: PR residency verification and references when we are both ready to make it official.
