We operate hands-on from Puerto Rico, converting business objectives into contracts, product specs, partnerships, and working software that clients actually use. We build SaaS systems, data platforms, AI-assisted workflows, compliance orchestration tools, and commercialization support for clients with complex businesses and objectives.
About This Internship
Ozcorp Scientific seeks an AI-Native Content & Research Intern for a professional development program. This internship is designed for emerging professionals who are serious about their go-to-market careers and want hands-on experience with AI-assisted market research, content creation, and outreach on a real business with real stakes. Successful interns will have the capacity to confidently transition into paid positions after demonstrating commitment and capability. Depending on our progress with current client engagements and funding, there is potential for this role to convert into a paid part-time or full-time position within 6–9 months.
Time commitment: 10–20 hours per week. Internship duration: 4–7 months (rolling admissions).
Pillar 1: Scientific Insights Writing
- Research and write SEO-optimized insights articles (1,500–3,000 words) covering biotech, AI, clean energy, and deep tech sectors.
- Transform technical research papers into accessible market intelligence for business audiences.
- Build thought leadership content for ozcorp.io with byline credit.
- Optimize content for search engines and answer engines (AEO) to maximize reach.
Pillar 2: AI-Driven Market Research
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research using AI tools.
- Identify target markets and ideal customer profiles for Ozcorp services.
- Analyze industry data and opportunities to support proposal development.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research and generate market intelligence.
Pillar 3: Scientific Spotlight
- Research strategic target founders; follow up to set the stage for spotlight interviews.
- Conduct founder interviews and gather insights on breakthrough technologies.
- Create compelling spotlight content showcasing emerging scientific innovations.
- Learn the complete GTM motion: content → intelligence → spotlight → engagement.
Compensation
This internship is currently unpaid. Successful interns demonstrating strong performance and alignment with our standards will be first in line for paid positions (contract, part-time, or full-time). We provide resume reviews, mock interviews, personalized career coaching, direct founder mentorship, and exposure to real client delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Hunger and relentlessness; strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail.
- Interest in both technical content AND founder engagement; comfortable with AI-assisted workflows.
- Self-starter with hunger to learn GTM motions and founder relations; research skills and passion for data-driven analysis.
- Bonus: STEM or business background; interview or journalism experience; technical writing or content marketing; knowledge of biotech, AI, or deep tech; experience with founder networks or startup ecosystems.
